It’s not personal
Remembering that someone else’s responses and reactions are often not a reflection of us.
This week in the reset world, let's move away from the victim mentality as a way of finding peace in our lives.
As people on a spiritual or personal development path, healers, coachers, teachers, etc, - I think it’s super important that we be very honest about where we’re at and love our “human”(our human being the parts of us that are perfectly imperfect. The parts that are less than “ideal” but very much a part of our having a human experience). This week I’ve been loving my human - the part of me that (more often than I care to admit) takes things personally… makes myself the center of something that I’m simply not a part of… and forgets that sometimes (most of the time) someone else’s responses and reactions have very little if anything to do with me!
So for this coming reset- we’ll play with this concept, reflecting on the mantra “it’s not personal” as a way to remind ourselves to have compassion for ourselves and those around us. We’ll work to shift our focus from stories / loops that are unproductive to gain distance and perspective.
Reciprocity- $12 (plus processing).
