This long weekend retreat is designed to provide the ultimate levels of restoration and self reflection. So often we go through the motions of doing our daily / weekly tasks, caught in front of our screens; working, responding to emails, scrolling through social media… time slips by and before we know it there’s “no time” left for self care and reflection on what really matters.

This retreat is designed to support participants through times of transition and transformation- personal, professional, and relational - to deeply connect with their self and power. It serves as a container of empowerment, self care, and self love.

Taking a break from our busy schedules, to unplug from technology and the stressors of a busy city and our day to day lives is critical for preventing and treating burn out, and keeping our physical and emotional bodies healthy.

This digital detox and retreat guides you on a journey to more deeply connect with your personal sense of balance and purpose. Enjoy this 3 day reboot in the beautiful Catskills with daily yoga, mindfulness workshops, nature walks, guided reflection, restorative sound baths, delicious locally sourced healthy meals, and access to stunning nature and exceptional spa treatments.

*There will be an option to "turn in your technology” if you’d like extra support going “tech free”. Use of technology will not be allowed during meals, workshops, yoga sessions, or in shared rooms. Keeping your technology is an option, and “tech free” is an invitation.

About your Host

Marni is an international yoga teacher, integrative life coach, and energy medicine practitioner. Previously a management consultant who experienced burn out after years of travel and corporate climbing, Marni has dedicated herself to traveling the world & studying different traditions… from yoga and meditation, to shamanism, hypnosis, NLP and more.. She identifies and compiles practical tools and techniques that combat burn out and support self reflection. Marni has taught these techniques and lead retreats to hundreds of children and adults around the world. She is passionate about combatting burn out and integrating mindfulness into the corporate world. This weekend integrates many of the traditions and tools she’s experienced into a holistic retreat for mind, body, and spirit.

When is the Retreat?

Thursday November 21st- Sunday November 24th

Check in as early as 3pm on Thursday. Dinner will be served individually Thursday night and formal activities will kick of 7pm on the 21st

Activities will be planned through Sunday morning. Guests will need to leave their rooms by 11am. We suggest checking out before Sunday’s morning yoga programming.

What’s included?

Included in the Retreat Fees:

  • 2x Daily Yoga and Meditation - enjoy energizing morning yoga flows and relaxing evening practices for all levels. During these sessions you will be guided through relaxation meditations and taught breathing practices to support balancing and recharging. Marni incorporates inspiration from ashtanga, ivananda, and vinyasa yoga into her flow based classes. She addresses the physical and energetic body by incorporating poses, breath work, and mantra to balance the Charka system (yogic system energy system.)

  • Group Restorative Sound Bath- A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body. Sounds are created using a variety of instruments such as drums, singing bowls, gongs, and voice. The aim is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry

  • Intention Setting Fire Ceremony- Experience a traditional shamanic fire ceremony for intention setting and letting go of what no longer serves you!

  • Mindfulness / self care workshop - learn practical skills & techniques to “retreat” wherever you go

  • Guided Nature Walk - connect with nature and experience a gratitude ceremony along the beautiful trails of Menla

  • Delicious organic locally sourced meals- your beautiful and tasty meals will be made from seasonal crops grown on property or from local farms

  • 3 Nights accommodation- choose from a variety of rooming options from shared dorms to private rooms.

  • Gift bag- utilize tote filled with a journal and relaxation tools to use on the retreat and at home
