The first of 2 monthly meet ups for the Frequency Matter’s Community meets- this group meets the second Tuesday of the Month from 6-6:45pm EST Drop in for a one off class, for both classes, or continue to meet with us monthly!

ABOUT THE CLASS:
A 45 minute experience designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit  into balance.

Practices includes:

🍃 30 min energy reset practice (10 min breath, 10 min visualization, and 10 min sound healing / chanting)

🍃 15 minutes of community shares and integration
