About the Course!

This is an incredibly unique opportunity and will be offered as a 3 part series delivered via Zoom over 6x 1.5hr classes, plus a bonus class on “energetic clearings”.

Classes will be taught in English and Spanish and translated live for participants. Participants have the privilege of learning directly from Mama Rosa as she transmits her knowledge and wisdom on the topics of Ancestral Wisdom and herbal remedies for modern challenges. This is the first in a series of courses designed to capture and uplift the voices of indigenous wisdom keepers around the world! We are assisting them in translating their incredible wisdom and creating a platform for their amazing gifts and knowledge to be shared outside of their communities!

THE MODULES: WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Bonus Class: Energetic Clearings- Plants & Strategies (1.5hr Sessions - prior to the start of the course)

• APRIL 18- This class will be a stand alone class on the theory and techniques used by Andean medicine people to do energetic clearings!

Part I: Introduction - Ancestral Wisdom (Two 1.5hr Session)

• MAY 2- Setting the Foundation - connecting to the sacred elements of power. Introduction to Mama Rosa, the course, and ancestral wisdom!

• MAY 9- Deepening ancestral practices and connection - learn the sacred elements of an alter as we create our own alters and connect them to

Part II: Plant Medicines- what to use when (Two 1.5hr Session)

• MAY 16- Theory of plant medicines - learn about the theory behind using plants and the different types of plants that are used in certain situations

• MAY 23- Use of individual plants for specific issues - In this module we will be introduced to specific medicinal plants, their properties, and which plants and herbs to use for different modern challenges (i.e. stress, hormonal balancing, joint pain, hair loss)

Part III: Potions Class- how to make them (Two 1.5hr Sessions)

• MAY 30- Alchemy of Medicinal plan - Learn the general rules for how to make tinctures, teas, shampoos, salves, and other healing products.

• JUNE 6- Potion making class workshop - Hands on practicum- during this live workshop we will create our own Agua Floridas and a product chosen by Mama Rosa.

Certification Class - (1 hour session)

• JUN 13- Practical Application of Ancient wisdom to modern day teaching and coaching - learn from Dani and Marni best practices and tools for applying the wisdom you learned from Mama Rosa, as well as wisdom from other indigenous teachers, to your teaching and coaching practices with integrity and efficacy.
