Hoʻoponopono is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The term “ho'oponopono” can be translated as “correct a mistake” or “make it right”. Practicing this mantra while calling someone or something your having a difficult time with into your heart can be a powerfully purifying practice. It can purify the body and help clear the charge around painful and troubling memories or feelings that hold the mind in a negative spin.
