What’s included: 

• Monthly virtual meet ups: We meet monthly for a 30 minute energy reset class + 15 minutes of group discussion / hot seat coaching.  Through guided meditation, breath work, and uplifting chanting, we create a safe space to release tension and rejuvenate your spirit.

• Replays: You have access to the replays of each month’s reset class

• Online community: We connect throughout the month the celebrate and support each other via a whatsapp group! 

• Weekly Prompts:  In between sessions Marni will send weekly check ins and prompts to support the energy of the collective!

• Live sessions:  2nd Tuesday of the month 6pm Est (subject to change based on membership needs)

• Share requests for support and offer your support to the community where available in between live meet ups
